Lauren & BJ’s technicolored globally-inspired wedding
This couple has many ties to India and Tibet and decided to bring in some of the traditions they love from their travels into their amazing and colorful wedding. Plus, you’ll never guess where the bride finally found her awesome red dress (after tons of searching!). And get ready for their game of Aeki Beki, which involves coins, rings, and a bowl of milk. Go see what it’s all about!
Tattoos and lace with an iceberg backdrop
Canadian bride Alicia and her Australian groom Andrew celebrated their wedding during iceberg season in Quidi Vidi village in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Alicia is a tattoo artist, so they were able to get some fun shots in her tattoo studio. Oh, and let’s not forget their pup who dressed up for the occasion.
DIY shoe clips made with ric-rac, felt, and a glue gun
After searching Pinterest and Google, I found tutorials for using ric-rac to make flowers. They were the perfect pop of color I needed for my wedding shoes. So here’s what you need if you want to make some ric-rac flower shoe clips (although it’s not limited to your shoes because you can use these for anything).
Ashley & Eric’s Wedding in a Bar
What’s a kick-ass way to arrive for your wedding at a bar? In a bitchin’ party bus! This pair’s rainbow of attendants (rockin’ a rainbow of socks, btw) had to dash between a parade and a police presence to take photos at the park before heading to the bar for a funny little ceremony and deep dish pizza. Check out their alternative guest books, ticketed seating arrangements, and one flower girl’s adorable pout.
