Mingling strategies, and digestive system problems: Don’t ignore THIS post-wedding advice!
I fervently wish I had paid more attention to the journals and blogs with the post-wedding “what I learned” lists when I was planning. Jamielynn & Matthew’s wedding weekend with a trebuchet
Campfires, archery, boating, a ropes course, and a giant creme donut — it’s the wedding of any outdoors-y kid’s dreams. This pair also built an epic “trebouquet” for the bouquet toss! Oh, and just wait until you hear about their funniest moment involving an adorable grandmother ad-lib.
A Damn Fine Wedding: Megan & Jason’s Twin Peaks wedding
If you’re a fan of the ’90s television show Twin Peaks, this wedding will totally get you jonesing to marathon it! The couple had ceremony readings from the show, a “Miss Twin Peaks” photo booth backdrop, Double R Diner coffee cups, and a replica of Dale Cooper’s tape recorder. You’ll also flip for the bride’s red crinoline and gorgeous cocktail hat!
Jessica & Josiah’s space-themed breakfast-for-dinner wedding
Space: the final wedding frontier. Or you know, a pretty rad frontier with lightsabers in the photo booth, star-covered custom Converse, handmade vanilla extract favors, and breakfast for dinner. It’s like these two read my mind. Oh wait, there’s a donut tower, too? Let’s be best friends, awesome cafe wedding in Maine.
