Dinosaur topiaries and punk rock shoes at this museum wedding
Devon and Faith had their wedding at the Los Angeles Natural History Museum, which meant lots of dinosaur and prehistoric details (including dino topiaries!). Faith wore an amazing black gown, sexy mesh booties, and birdcage veil. The ceremony was officiated by Devon’s father and was held in front of the museum’s dinosaur display. It also included an a capella version of Pixie’s “Velouria.”
Dinos, giant pencils, and a Silly String ambush at this Melbourne wedding
Ben and Heidi are laid-back people and wanted their mid-day lunch wedding to reflect that. And with a black dress, super-charged red hair, dinosaur decor, and a giant pencil for the guest book, it was also really quirky and fun. I love that combination.

Adorable emailed wedding invitations with dinosaurs and monsters
We got a special surprise in our email the other day, not only was it a sweet reader mail, but it include a link to, quite possibly, the cutest emailed wedding invitations I’ve ever seen. Seriously, at one point there’s an adorable T-rex who photo bombs a picture of a New York city sky line.
Kate & Glen’s geeky, atheist, breastfeeding wedding
An Irish bride breastfeeding her baby — what could be better? Happy St. Paddy’s day from all of use at Offbeat Bride!
RJ & Amanda’s eco-friendly science experiment wedding
My partner and I aren’t at all religious, but both work in scientific fields and spend most of our free time hiking and rock-climbing. Add in that we’re both hopeless geeks, and a science museum is the obvious place to get hitched.
