17 winter wedding headpieces & veils to transform you into a snow queen
Winter weddings are, in my opinion, the unsung heroes of the wedding world, especially when it comes to fashion. I mean, is there anything more lovely than a wedding portrait in the snow?! So gorg. And when you’re hauling your butt out into said snow, you might want a matching winter wedding headpiece, veil, crown, or even a woolly hat to match. I did some digging to find snowflakes, crystals, juniper, and more in hats, crowns, headpieces, and veils to adorn your wintry noggin.
This Denver wedding inspiration channels holiday vibes, a gorgeous clock tower, and 420-friendly favors
The concept of this lovely Denver wedding inspiration was a little 420 mixed in with loads of greenery, tons of glass detail, and a super pared down color palette (lots of green and white with just a bit of purple). It’s elegant, clean, and channels a sleek winter wedding. There’s cannabis included in the bride’s hair and florals as well as a bud-bar, which is getting popular in states where it’s legal, like there in Colorado.
Don’t miss the epic clock tower shots, the chic glass apothecary jars (put candy, treats, favors in there as you like!), and the bedazzled silvery cake…
A Renaissance fantasy Christmas wedding (aka “A Lord of the Rings Christmas Special!”)
When people asked about our wedding, we joked that the theme was, "Lord of the Rings Christmas Special." Shane is a huge Tolkein nerd, and we both love Renaissance faires and fantasy. Our wedding was in December, his favorite color is red, and mine is green, so throwing Christmas in just made sense. It came together beautifully.
Ride the rosé trend with these rosé signature cocktails
If you’re excited that rosé is having its day in the sun then you’re in my camp. I love a pretty pink and sweet drink. I’m a cliché, what can I say?
Let’s be cliché together and add one of these pretty (and delicious!) rosé signature cocktails to our wedding drink repertoire, shall we?
