aren and Joel’s vintage chic Portland wedding was seriously beautiful. Think tons of flora and fauna with cats, polka dots, gold, blue, mint, and peach colors everywhere. Their cat, George, was present in spirit — he was on the invitations, the program, on a custom pocket square for Joel, and in their vows. Yay for fellow cat people! Our wedding had a loose theme of books, cats, and glitter. I really wanted my four cats to be at the wedding, but it wasn’t possible, so I had to just let my cat lady status show in other ways.

I wore cat shoes and had a cat purse. We had our cats added to our cake topper, cat paw chocolate pops favors, and made sure to have cat ears at the photo booth. And, of course, used a cat lady wedding hashtag: #ErinAndTimGetMeowied.
