Osdael and Breseida’s Pasadena wedding was completely customized to their personalities, including showcasing their love of motorcycle riding by replacing their guestbook with their personal motorcycle helmets. That’s one way of keeping everyone on your mind, literally. They both tied in their love of superheroes in to the cake, cupcakes, and the groomsmen’s cufflinks and socks. Y’all know we love a good comic book and superhero wedding! Hulk smash that cake.
A rustic music festival wedding in the towering redwoods
A ceremony beneath towering redwoods. A giant rainy parade (with colorful parasols!) from ceremony to reception led by an epic brass band. Bad-ass live music into the wee hours. A couple who both jumped in to join the bands! Yep, it was just as awesome as it sounds.
In addition to the redwoods at Pema Osel Ling, there were cabins, camping, and hula hooping in a wedding dress. Megan and Dave were tearful, joyful, and music festival vibes were everywhere. Don’t miss the brollies, gorgeous cakes, and face cut-outs on the dance floor!

Flowers & whimsy galore at this forest wedding in Sebastopol
Claire and Eric’s are super talented people who DIYed the hell out of their lovely forest wedding in Sebastopol. Eric harnessed his graphic design skills and they crafted whimsical brass animals, floating paper cranes, HUGE paper flowers (a favorite!), and paper crowns for all the guests, UK-style.
Nominee for most adorable moment: instead of a first dance, the couple serenaded their guests with “I Can’t Help Falling In Love With You,” returning to their college show choir roots where they first met. You’ve got to see this flower-filled wedding that shows off this couple’s serious DIY skills…
This fire dancing couple had a fab fiery wedding full of style & humor
Tops hats, crowns, fire dancing, a SPECTACULAR bouquet, lanterns, swords, and even clown noses… are you all in on this fab fiery wedding yet? The florals were out of this world and added the most exquisite color to the base theme of black and white stripes. The couple requested that the guests wear hats to the event, adding a whole level of style and flare. Are you ready for this gorgeous and fiery wedding?
A rustic Northern California wedding with Southern flair (and a spectacular gray dress!)
With two very nontraditional people, we decided to highlight aspects of our specific tastes and lives. All the bridesmaids had floral dresses of their own choosing, and the groomsmen all had floral ties of their choosing (and one female groomsmen picked her own floral dress as well). Vegan, gluten-free Southern cuisine was served along with local Northern California wines and beers.
