Mary & Craig’s Dr. Seuss-themed colorful rhyming wedding

They had brains in their head. They had feet in their shoes. They could steer themselves in any direction they choose. They weren’t on their own, and they knew what they know. The backwards wedding: can you have a wedding reception BEFORE your ceremony?

Tash and Jules’ Tasmanian wedding at Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm was a bit backwards, in the best sense: the reception came before the ceremony! And of course, the party continued after the ceremony, so it was like two parties in one (with two purple dresses, no less!). A 1920s-era vintage wedding in a 19th-century Victorian house

In the mood for some fabulous vintage style? This wedding delivers. The bride, Courtney, gives us two dresses to satisfy our appetites: a lusciously beaded, green flapper-style number and a vintage 1920s dress with the actual accompanying headpiece, which we’ve been staring at covetously ever since we first saw it. There was even a photo shown at the wedding of the original bride wearing both pieces (look for it on the guest book table!).
