Monday Montage: bright colors, birdcage veils and a couple of crazy cousins
Every Monday I sift through the Offbeat Bride Flickr pool looking for some inspiring photos to share with y’all. This week you can enjoy lots of bright colors, fancy fashions, a breathtaking destination wedding and a couple of crazy (in a good way) cousins.
Chanelle & Julie’s two-bride backyard BBQ wedding
In honor of Human Rights Day and I wanted to feature a wedding that illustrated just how absurd it is that two people this in love can’t get married everywhere in the world. – Becca
Jennifer & Bruce’s Vintage Jedi driveway wedding
Jennifer and Bruce had a swingin’, vintage wedding in their driveway/carport filled with full on nerdiness — a light saber arch that they were married under, music from The Princess Bride and Star Wars, and lots of references to Star Wars, Star Trek, games and even robots!
Aryanna & Craig’s vintage, big easy-style wedding/party!
Aryanna & Craig really wanted to have their wedding in their house. However, cramming more than eighty-five people into their humble, little (one-bedroom/one bathroom) home seemed unlikely. But they were determined. With some careful spacial planning and a little re-arranging, they were able to successfully throw a killer wedding and awesome party, New Orleans style!
Nikki & Chris’s Jamaican-American, Southern soul backyard wedding
After their parent’s met for the first time, Nikki & Chris realized that they wanted their wedding to have that same level of love and intimacy. So, they scrapped their mansion wedding in favor of a small backyard wedding complete with Nikki’s mom’s Jerk chicken.
Danielle & Carl’s magically weird weekend wedding
Danielle & Carl had a magical reception at a special B&B in Kentucky. Despite some serious health issues, they had a fantastic, fun event!
