Stacy and Mikey were married under the stars at the Michigan Science Center Planetarium, with an elaborate masquerade ball reception held at the Crofoot Ballroom two weeks later, on October 30. Masked guests of this epic planetarium masquerade wedding were entertained by the Detroit Circus Company's flame throwers, stilt walkers, contortionists, and trapeze artists. Just wait until you see Stacy and Mikey's reception garb and makeup — it is seriously a sight to behold. Let's check out the gorgeous ceremony and wildly-coiffed reception of your masquerade dreams.

I think I must be hungry, as that dessert buffet makes me want to jump in the photo and start eating.
Ooh, that looks awesome! Where did you guys get the masks?
Thank you! I (the bride) got mine on Etsy at this shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/VincentCantillon and just added some paint to be the exact coloring I wanted. My husband painstakingly made his with plaster molds of his face, chicken wire, and paper mache and I painted it. It was based off of a Cirque du Soleil character: http://kalia24.deviantart.com/art/Wanna-dance-the-Kooza-490854579
This is one of my favorite Offbeat weddings ever!
