Ananda and Peter planned their intimate wedding at New York City's Houston Hall with industrial meets minimal touches that we loved. With a deep red gown, beautiful mehndi, luxe jewelry, and Peter's dapper suit, they were glam and modern at the same time. The super chic venue had brick walls and cafe lighting that set the mood for dancing and revelry.
Here are some details from Ananda about how the day played out…
I went to Houston Hall early for makeup and dressing with my posse. I finally showed up around 1:00pm and mingled with the early arrivals. When 2:00pm came, our friend Les began the ceremony with a song, and we walked with our families from different sides of the hall, met at the back, and walked down the aisle together.
After a wonderful ceremony of stories and poetry officiated by our good friend Alex, we then rushed out of the hall into the rain for a very quick photo shoot. Then it was back in with our friends and family, for the party of a lifetime with a collection of dear people that will not be repeated.
