You can make hearts with regular paper clips (although they only look like hearts as long as they’re clipped to paper):

I actually made/bent the ones in the photo that we used. They left my fingers sore for a couple days but were. Great detail for attaching our wedsite info to the driving directions and map. You can see the link from the comment above for a tutorial.
How cute are they? And such a simple idea … if you’re creative LOL!
