A magical Monday Montage with fairies, horses, and RAINBOWS
It was kind of a magical week for reader submissions. I encountered fairy wings, a fantasy destination sign, a horse-drawn carriage, and multiple rainbows. More rainbows is always better. Check out what else we found in the Offbeat Flickr Pool, the Offbeat Bride Tribe, and Pinterest this week.
A geeky and gorgeous forest preserve wedding
Saeri and Brent were wed at Evans Field, a forest preserve just outside of Chicago. Saeri wore a persimmon-colored dress (to match her ink), they both wore Converse, and they had a ceremony filled with geek references to dinosaurs and zombies. An aunt performed a hula dance, while another aunt read an English and German poem that Saeri’s grandmother wrote for them. It was definitely a mix of cultures and interests that blended so well together.

Tribesmaid Calikazam and her groom decided to forgo a printed invitation in lieu of this wedding MONTAGE video! You know we need a montage. Check out the video and their explanation.
A museum courtyard wedding surrounded by art

Annie is a designer and pulled in all of her skills to create the top of her dress, her veil, and most of the decor.
