Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition (or this utterly bonkers Monty Python-themed wedding!)
We decided to have a Monty Python-themed wedding on the 50th anniversary of the first episode (5th October 1969) as we are considered the biggest fans of the TV show in the UK. John even proposed in front of Michael Palin and Terry Gilliam on my birthday. Just wait until you see the video of the ceremony sketch!
New South Wales surprise wedding with a yellow wedding dress and matching manicure!
Belle and Layne chose to play their cards close to their chest when it came to announcing the wedding. In fact, they didn’t announce it was a wedding until guests arrived at the property! It was entirely an expression of who they are and how they love. The amount of community involvement in putting the day together showed how much they value and rely on the people in their circles. The DIY elements of the day, including Belle’s dress, articulated their creative spirits.
Love the color & dancing at this Colombia destination wedding
Carmen and Joe’s ceremony took place at the Santo Toribio Church, one of the oldest and most beautiful Catholic churches in the old colonial city of Cartagena, Colombia. The bride arrived on a horse-drawn carriage, while the groom walked through the old city streets to the church. The reception at Sofitel Legend Santa Clara was once the church to the then convent during the colonial era and is a spectacular venue. The staff dressed up as monks to pop the champagne bottles creating a seriously unforgettable experience for everyone. This Caribbean destination wedding in Colombia is a spectacle for the eyes…
An Irish castle wedding with Victorian flair & a stunning red dress
Daphne and David rocked a signature elegant meets offbeat style at their Irish castle wedding at Kinnity Castle in County Offaly. We’re talking a sleek wine red dress, top hats, dapper coats, a romantic first look, ivy-covered walls, greenery arches, and toasts all night long. Oh, and there was an amazing table quiz with trivia questions about Spice Girls, Shakespeare, Canada, and Ireland.
Don’t miss the tree planting ceremony!
