Sarah & Ryan’s Toronto Island love festival
Almost every aspect of our 130-guest wedding was handmade. We sewed tablerunners and hankies, Gocco-ed the invitations, and bound little books for guest favours. My bridesmaid made my wedding band, a milliner friend updated my mother’s veil for me, and my brother and sister in law designed the wine labels for our homemade wine. Oonagh & Dylan’s collaborative, creative, black-tie wedding with eco-considerations
Dylan and I walked down the aisle together (me in a $199 gold tutu) towards my Dad (a judge) who was marrying us. We wrote our own vows that had ended with me launching myself on Dylan with emotion before we were officially instructed to kiss.
Marie-Eve & Alexandre’s ice and snow winter wedding
Our marriage was under the theme of “ice and snow.” It took place in the ice chapel of the Ice Hotel in Quebec Canada. The structure is made of snow, and two walls and the benches made of ice, with animal skin to make them comfortable.
