12 things wedding photographers want to tell you, but can’t
Most wedding magazines will give you a list of questions to ask a wedding photographer… Can you describe your style? What equipment do you shoot with? Let’s be real: Those questions are boring. And you probably don’t actually care about the answers to those questions. So I surveyed some brides and photography-friends, and put together a list of all those questions you really want to ask, and all those things we really want you to know.
How do you deal with vendors who ignore grooms?
I know you guys have written before about wedding vendors who totally ignore grooms, but I’m looking for some super practical, step-by-step guidance on how to make it clear to my vendors that if they keep ignoring my fiance, they stand to lose our business.

I’m getting married this fall, and we’ve done our best to keep the guestlist under 100 people. Of course a smaller guestlist has meant making a lot of tough decisions about who not to invite, but them’s the breaks.
…Except for now I just got an invitation to an acquaintance inviting me to HER wedding! Needless to say, this is an acquaintance who I’m NOT inviting to our wedding… what do I do?
