With a lacy black gown and accompanying crown, cranberry cocktails, a custom tailored burgundy wool suit (with an antique honeybee pin), wrought iron, floral, and candle details, and dramatic proteas all around, this edgy wedding inspiration is totally bad-ass and chic at the same time.
The styled shoot took place in Hartford, Connecticut at Hartford Flavor Co. (a unique artisan liqueur distillery) and Hog River Brewing Co. (a favorite local brewery). A hand-painted vegan leather jacket and towering black wedding cake are a few of the must-see details. Don't miss the video at the end!

I mean, gorgeous. Holy cow. But why are there three different couple names throughout the post..?
Great question! As the text says, this is a styled shoot — so ultimately it’s all just pretty pictures intended as wedding inspo, the people are models, and the names are placeholders. That said, I’m not sure why the vendors organizing the shoot didn’t choose to use consistent names through-out… it might have just been an oversight?
Love this wedding.
