Kim's mom gave her this flowy white dress to wear at her wedding, but the icing on the cake was definitely Kim's addition of a new fabulous waistband and straps. She purchased the findings and had them added by Madame Paulette in New York City.

If you've got a dress you'd love to reuse, consider adding some color or bling to really make it something new.
