Tell us everything! Give us the whole story, including features of the venue, rituals with special meanings, cool décor, anything you think our readers would love to hear about. Remember: we’re about celebrating OFFBEAT weddings, so tell us all about the unusual details! The more information we have, the easier it will be to feature the wedding on our site.
Our readers LOVE vows and ceremony scripts! If you have permission from the couple, can you share their vows or ceremony script with us? You can even just share a link to a Google Doc if the couple wants to share it.
We love a good story! How did they meet each other? How did they find you? What were they like to work with? Quotes, asides, big feelings – our readers love hearing the details.
We want your best *50* photos without watermarks. Image size should be no more than *1080 pixels wide*. Give us a link to a Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. where we can download the 50 photos of the wedding day.
If the link doesn’t require a password, just enter “none”.

Help us give other vendors due credit! Tell us their business name, website address, and their Instagram handle (if any). Common inclusions: Venue, Coordinator, Flowers, Caterers, Cakemaker, Dressmaker, Hair Stylist, Makeup, etc.

In plain English: this means you own the rights to these images, and you’re ok with us publishing them on our blog and social media channels. We reserve the right to publish them multiple times (for instance once in a post about the wedding, and later in a round-up about wedding dresses). Images are only ever used editorially, and you can request removal at any time. We request that the wedding has not been published anywhere other than your own blog/social media and that no other blog publishes it for three months after publication.
