Tana and Zeb and twelve of their closest friends and family met at Powell’s Bookstore in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago. The couple’s best friend officiated the ceremony as they married surrounded by stacks and stacks of books.
After the ceremony, they loaded onto a red trolley provided by the Chicago Trolley Company to take them around Chicago. Their first stop was Promontory Point along Lake Michigan, then it was on to Millennium Park, and The Private Bank Theatre where Hamilton was playing (they're huge fans!).
They took a few portraits at the bar where they used to go after classes at the teaching school where they met, The Bar Below. When they arrived at the bar, there was a bar crawl going on aptly named “Santacon.” You'll see why.
This intimate and awesome Chicago bookstore wedding was nothing if not fabulous. Let's take a peek…
