Yellow flowers, pub crawls, & a Jedi knighting at this New Jersey woodland wedding
Sam and Zig wanted a big DIY event, but splurged on the things that were most important to them, like their epic yellow and white flowers. The color perfectly match the heat of the day (a heat index of 105F!). Just wait until you see their gorgeous ceremony arch. In lieu of a big formal reception, these two beer lovers had a dinner and a pub crawl through Philly as their ceremony after-party.
Mawwiage in tights: a Princess Bride meets Robin Hood: Men in Tights wedding
There’s one definite way to get me excited about a wedding: tell me it’s a Princess Bride meets Robin Hood: Men in Tights theme. I am not worthy. Kaitlyn and Blaise love all things cosplay and Renaissance so it made perfect sense. We’re talking groomsmen in tights, two themed dresses and a crown for the bride (one that she made!), elf ears for everyone, and costumes galore including Gandalf, Dr. Strange, and Sonny and Sher-wood.
This stunning tiny forest wedding takes backyard weddings up a level (with the cutest kitty!)
This tiny backyard wedding in East Sooke, BC was a labor of love planned in a short period of time. Lauren and Cohen love ink, cats, plants, and great vegan food, so their wedding reflected them perfectly. Don’t miss the epic forest-filled backyard (who has a backyard like this?!), seriously gorgeous vegan food spread, reception space filled with lush textures, and the real star of this show, their cat Yoshi.
