If you're on the hunt for sorta creepy, sorta Halloween-inspired, blood red anatomy meets science, this moody wedding inspiration is for you. I've been trickling in some dark and fun Halloween weddings lately and this one slid right in like buttah. What I especially love about this shoot is the fabulous lighting, the tres elegant styling paired with some offbeat touches, and of course, the embroidery!
The embroidery hoops, designed by Shaza Elsheshtawy, have a ton of texture and mimic white blood cells traveling throughout the body. Then it was all about bringing more texture into the mix: the brick walls, pomegranates, the crackled rooftop, and adding in deep reds throughout.
