Happy New Year, everyone! Let's kick off this brand spankin' new year with another unbelievable collection of killer photos from the Offbeat Bride Flickr pool. This week we have a lottery ticket toss instead of a bouquet toss, fun-loving bridal parties, and lots of giggly smiles.
Kit and Tracy had a “retro/future” wedding. That's why Kit's family looks so fucking fantastic…
…and the bridal party is no exception. I don't know about you, but I'm always attracted to things that are sparkly or shiny.
Last week, I showed you a picture of Jenny and George's rockin' cousins. To be quite honest, I think this photo is further evidence that they had way to much fun at their costume-optional wedding. Not fair!
Now, check this out: instead of a bouquet toss this couple tossed lottery tickets. Classic.
Speaking of fun alternatives, Jessica and Joseph made quite a silly exit. Literally. They were sprayed with silly string as they made their getaway.
A very special thanks to @LaurenCrane for tweeting about this amazing vegan wedding that manages to be both a little punk and a lot classy:... Read more
Savannah and Brian made their exit with a “goodbye” high-five.
Wouter and Brigitta had a weekend wedding in Limburg, Belgium. It included a visit to the fair where they first fell in love, the folding of 1000 paper cranes and a trip to the courthouse to make it legal.
Rebecca and Bex had a vegan wedding in Anchorage, Alaska. This photo is a great replica of the legendary V-J day kiss in Times Square. [Note from Ariel: I spy a ribbon veil!]
Hey, photographers! I love you and do my best to attribute all Monday Montage photos, but sometimes brides don't include your info when they submit photos. If I've featured your work but it isn't properly credited, email me!

love that last photo!
Bex, if you’re out there, where’d you get your dress???
Hey Kate, I got it at Bridals by Lori in Atlanta, and it’s a funny story. This OBB ended up being filmed for “Say Yes To The Dress: Atlanta.” It was pretty funny/interesting/unexpectedly emotional/very easy because they had an awesome selection and this was my one splurge item.
Oh the shoes in that last photo! Wow!
OMG I MUST KNOW WHERE THOSE GORGEOUS BLUE SHOES CAME FROM!!!
I LOVE the V-J Day replica! That is so romantic and they pulled it off perfectly. Makes my heart smile!
OH OH OH SPARKLY BLUE SHOES!
