Every Monday we like to bring you the latest from our Offbeat Bride Flickr pool. Some weeks it seems like a little themes reveal themselves and this week is one of those times. I just couldn't help noticing all the funky blue details popping up in the queue! Check 'em out and be inspired…
After being together for seven years, Wendy and James finally decided to tie the knot. However, they both work on Palau, a small remote island in the Pacific, where there aren't a whole lot of weddings happening! So they had to be extra resourceful. Anything that they couldn't DIY, had to be ordered online. Perhaps that was for the best, because their wedding looked fantastic!
Tracy and Kristin got married at a restaurant called Eggspectations, so they made (what else?) egg bouquets. Kristin explains, “we are cheesy like that.”
Seriously? I'm kind of at a loss for words right now… Amazing peacock tattoo, enormous succulent bouquet, some kind of super classy purple veil, and wait for it…
THESE ARE HER SHOES! Check out the full outfit view here.
I can't tell you much about this wedding, but this photo titled “The Wedding Party” is pretty freaking sweet and so are the bride's cute blue flats!
This heart-stopping seafoam circus wedding features comedian, producer, writer, singer, dancer, candlestick-maker Dick Van Dyke and his bride, Arlene Silver-Van Dyke.
And the bride wore turquoise! This is Kelly and Steve at Chapel Dulcinea — I just love all the colors in this picture.
There were TONS of cool blue details at OBT member SpiffyRiki‘s wedding, but this pinwheel fascinator is nifty. But, beyond nifty is the fact that it matches her blue pinwheel bouquet!
Speaking of awesome accessories… here's a risque sneak peak from OBT member Cass‘ wedding. Normally I'm not too fond of an up-skirt shot, but this one's cool with me.
Disco ball shoes for 9,000,000 million points of win!
Ohhhhh man oh man, the peacock tattoo and succulent bouquet, that photo is all sorts of win. And the ruffled pants in the last shot is a cute-but-kinda-naughty that makes me giggle!
Ahhh! I HAVE to find out more about that first dress! How? How?!
