"Amazing Service and Quality
Buying an engagement ring wasn’t an easy process for us, but Efrat was so amazingly helpful and patient with customizing our perfect engagement and wedding ring! We spent about two to three months asking questions and emailing her back and forth before we decided on the final design. From customizing the gems, explaining how the gem grading works, how the quality will affect the price of the ring, informing us of the subtle difference in colour based on the mix of metals, and slightly customizing the ring size, Efrat was so incredibly thorough and understanding in answering to make sure we got the design we wanted. Both rings look so beautiful and the detail is incredible that I can only imagine how much care and effort was put into making them.
