Crystal & Mika’s rooftop dance-fest DIY wedding
DIY cocktail-style food, drinks, and reception made this colorful rooftop celebration personalized and kick-ass. All of their crew got busy making dresses, jewelry, and mix CDs, too. And they busted out three signature cocktails worth gawking at. Check out these lovely ladies getting hitched under the sun.
Lane & Jason’s folk village cultures collide wedding
This couple blends Indian cuisine, fairies, bellydancers, Rajasthani and Tunisian dancers, fire-spinning and yes, Salt-N-Pepa’s “Push It” on accordion, into a medley of colors and flavors too awesome to be kept indoors. They had to carve a place in Wisconsin’s Driftless Region to hold all of this inspiration.
Rose & Aaron’s zombies and pizza Wooly Bugger farm wedding
One plot of land, lovingly transformed into a place where a community comes together to see a couple wed… and grill pizza. And chill with farm animals. And make s’mores. And fend off the zombie apocalypse. Oh hell yes.
Natalie and Ry’s casual art gallery budget wedding
Art gallery chic meets young love and as many quesadillas as you can handle all on an ultra-low budget. These two bucked tradition entirely and created an intimate wedding where major partying was the goal.
S’more favors, please!
Onyah put together THEE perfect favors for a wedding that involves a camp fire. And it is any wonder that the Tribesmaid who brought us Peep brides would have marshmallow favors…
Sara & Mark’s improv-tastic, eco-friendly, wine-soaked wedding
Sara & Mark made sure their guests were entertained at their wedding! They did this by taking advantage of the space at their venue: a vineyard in Santa Ynez. They created different areas of entertainment for the guests, like a s’mores fire-pit, a cigar lounge and a photo-booth. They even put on an improv show, which Bill Nye the Science Guy was in!!
