Adrian & Brian’s hippie carnival campout wedding
This wedding brought together the couple’s bohemian/artist/hippie/punk friends for a raucous campout. They may not be the best at RSVPing, but they definitely know how to show up in style. Plus, they were finally able to convince an awesome “Russian/Balkan/marching band meets punk rock dance party” band to play for them!
Amanda & Ian’s fairy tale Renaissance wedding
An unfortunate accident forced this couple to reexamine their wedding priorities and led them to their perfect Renaissance Faire wedding. Nothing cures broken bone blues like a horse-drawn carriage, a sword-drawn recessional, and a few gallons of mead.
Asa & Ben’s “rock and roll” pinball cheeseburger family wedding
Let’s just see what might make you excited about this wedding: bacon chocolate cupcakes, heavy metal-meets-roller derby, kids vows AND rings, a Spider-Man pinball machine gift, scavenger hunt programs, a “feather girl,” a cheeseburger save-the-date…? I could go on, but I’m pretty sure you’re already heading in to read this one. And you totally should.
Deyanna & Dustin’s Stormtrooper zombie homebrew wedding
We’ve got Stormtroopers, Vader, zombies, a green man, a cemetery cake, cemetery photos, an ’80s cover band, a unity zombie head, and just about a thousand other awesome details. If that isn’t enough to grab you, then you need some of their seven kegs of home-brewed beer, stat.
Hayley & Stephen’s 1950s polka dot wedding
They could have hopped a plane to Vegas, but why not capitalize on how good the groom looks with Teddy Boy hair and rock a 1950s theme? Add in a three-piece live band, black flamingo accents, and LOTS of polka dots, and the theme is made!
