BAM! POW! ZAP! This adorable pair of geek boys wanted to represent Batman, but they like him for different reasons: the heroism and the villains. So they embraced the clash and celebrated with a HEROES vs. VILLAINS cocktail bash! With a huge wedding party representing both sides, an epic Mr. Freeze cake, custom Batman Chucks, amazing illustrations and paintings as decor, old timey sound effects ceremony signs, and a secret officiant reveal, this is a do-not-miss superhero-mad wedding.

Let’s talk about “getting legalled”

Ok, so we’ve long been fans of the concept of “getting weddinged,” the act of having a wedding after you’re already legally married. But one of our twitter followers @ayahthetiger recently asked us, what do you call it when (thanks to the shifting marriage equality laws), couples do the reverse? If you’ve already had the non-legal wedding ceremony, what do you call it when you head down to the courthouse to make it official?

The best thing we could come up with was GETTING LEGALLED.

This one is going to be right on the money for you couples planning Halloween weddings right now. We’ve got two ladies celebrating their favorite holiday, a black ribbon veil, amazing black pumpkin bouquet, and of course, Central Park in New York City! Plus, they had The Reverend D (rad Offbeat Bride vendor) officiate dressed as ELVIRA! And there may have been a wedding crashing zombie in attendance as well.
