Why I’m not into Trash The Dress
While I respect the visual kick of trash the dress shots and absolutely understand why photographers and couples could love the concept, for myself, I find the idea wasteful. Indulgently wasteful, actually.

I think two things really set the tone for our offbeat wedding: 1.) Save the date magnets with ketchup and mustard bottles holding hands and smiling with, “some things just go together! Please save the date for our wedding” and 2.) A quote by Thornton Wilder on our (very lovely) invitations: “my advice to you, is not to inquire why or whither, but just enjoy your ice cream while it is on your plate.”

What role of honor should my friend have?
My partner and I have decided to only have our siblings in the wedding party, which is great.
However, I have a great friend that I would like to include in some sort of role of honor.
Any ideas what this role could be?
