A new spin on “happy tears” ceremony hankies
Kim and Liz are adorable nerds who love themes, dancing, and making things themselves, including this “happy tears” ceremony hankies display. it’s pretty much guaranteed that someone on your guest list is a wedding crier (that would be me), so having handkerchiefs on hand is a great way to keep everyone’s making from free-flowing down their face.
We’ve seen hankie displays before, but I’m digging Kim and Liz’s idea to display them in rustic chic chicken wire for easy grabbing and nose-honking. Plus they make great favors.
Happy trails with this trail mix favor bag printable
Remember this s’mores favor bag printable we featured a while back? I’ve got another free printable, this time for a trail mix bar, if you’re going that route. This trail mix favor bag printable is so rad for letting guests scoop their own peanuts, raisins, M&Ms, granola, and whatever other trail mix ingredients you like. Let’s see how to print your own trail mix favor bags…
When a bride rolls up on a white horse (or how we LOVED this New Jersey farm wedding)
Justin and Lauren are from Qatar and came home to Justin’s family farm for their wedding. The whole farm was featured at the wedding from the rad altar the family made out of found wood, to the backyard cocktail party, and then the safari tented reception. Guests were ferried around on the back of a tractor and the paths were lit with string lights.
You won’t have seen anything like this rustic costume wedding with a pancake cake
Travis and Gia are both the adventurous and creative, so they planned a super DIYed rustic costume wedding with Halloween touches (one final hurrah for this season!) and a totally independent spirit. So there were kick-ass decorations incorporating pumpkins, costumes, rustic wood, hot pepper jelly favors, and a PANCAKE CAKE! Plus, I just can’t get over the awesomeness of Gia’s short green dress, tiny lace gloves, and birdcage veil. Oh, and don’t miss Travis’ general hotness in his killer tie.
