**Warm Weather Shipping** Every order is shipped with an ice pack during summer months. I will look at the forecast for your area and ship overnight or 2 day AM (Fed Ex). I will communicate with you to make sure you are home on the delivery date. In the event that they deliver melted, you must contact me NO LATER than 1 hour after delivery to receive a full refund. Please provide a picture. Unfortunately ever since COVID-19 deliveries have been a little delayed. If they deliver ON TIME as schedule and sit on your porch all day I cannot give you a refund for melted product. I do my best to ensure they are perfect for you. If you work away from the home please provide your WORK address. Thank you!

5 out of 5 starsThese pretzel sticks were beautiful and delicious. They weren’t just dipped in chocolate. They were first dipped in caramel then chocolate. The white chocolate was in a twisted design. Such thoughtful touches!!! They were packaged beautifully and none came broken. I am so happy I ordered this for my daughter’s baby shower.
