Incorporating the beautiful mobius strip design into jewelry has been a staple of jewelers for ages. The mobius twist represents the infinite - demonstrate your infinite love with your very own mobius ring! The JULES Ring by Turner Duncan Jewelry Designs is a unisex ring, made from a single piece of sterling silver. A straight piece of sterling silver is shaped, given a single twist, formed and fused to make a continuous band. Ring is hand forged to the desired size. Polished for comfort fit inside, polished inside and then given a beautiful brushed oxidized finish on the outside. Note: This oxidation layer will wear with the user, changing and slowly revealing a dull shine. This only contributes to its beauty and luster over time! Available in a variety of size in 3 mm and 5 mm widths. Hallmarked with 925 stamp on inside of band.

We compare every item made to these standards in order to provide you with the most accurate representation we can. Due to the handmade nature of each piece, some slight variations may be noticed, however we aim to maintain consistency as much as possible. All Turner Duncan Jewelry Designs sterling silver products are coated and polished with micro-crystalline wax which is acid neutral, water and alcohol resistant. Our products should provide long term, worry-free wear if proper care is taken. We recommend keeping your piece dry and free from any chemical or abrasive contact. As with any piece of sterling silver jewelry, occasional polishing may be desired with a polishing cloth to maintain beauty and luster.

We currently have 7-10 business days wait time before your order will ship. We may be able to offer rush service, on a case-by-case basis. An additional charge for this service may apply; typically, 25% of order value. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your needs. We do our absolute best to maintain these processing times, but rarely there are circumstances and an order takes a day or two longer. Shipping - Domestic U.S. orders:
We use USPS First Class Package service as our standard shipping choice for all orders within the US. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. First Class generally takes 2-5 business days. If you feel your order has been lost in shipping, please contact us immediately so we may help investigate.

Should you require rush service or prefer we use a different carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, simply send us a message before placing your order. With your approval of the rate, we will create a custom listing for you with the additional shipping charges and expedite fee.

International orders (outside U.S.):
We use U.S.P.S. First Class International Mail as our standard shipping choice for international orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Details provided vary by destination. Shipping times vary greatly from country to country and take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to arrive. You will be responsible for any duties, tariffs, or taxes owed on your package. The customs declaration on your package will list the content descriptions with the values of the items being the purchase prices minus the shipping charge. We will only remake and resend an international shipment you suspect has been lost if it has been at least 8 weeks (2 months) from the original ship date.

We guarantee your order will be made to the exact size you specify when ordering. Please make sure the size you order is accurate. DO NOT simply guess your ring size, and do not trust an online sizing guide -it most likely won't work and it will cost you more money if we have to size your ring.

Visit a professional jeweler or a jewelry counter in a department store to have your finger sized. Keep in mind the width of the ring will also influence how the ring fits, so it is best to know how wide your ring will be before visiting the jeweler.

If by error you have ordered an incorrect size and wish to have your ring resized, the following fees will apply

Sterling Silver Rings: 25% Re-Size Fee

You may exchange your purchase for a different item within the first 14 days of ownership for a fee equal to 25% of the original purchase price of your item, not including shipping fees. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED--ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEMS.

Example: If you purchase an item from our shop for $40 and want to exchange it for a different item, you will be given a shop credit of $30 (or 75% of the value of your item) towards the new item you want, after receipt of the returned item in original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping, and shipping charge of exchanged item.

We are a “make to order” shop, meaning we will not start production on your item until your order is placed. We maintain only a minimal inventory of finished goods and raw material in order to keep our costs down and provide favorable and competitive pricing to you. We will have already invested valuable time and resources into the items you will be returning, with no guarantees of being able to resell. Because of this, we require a 25% re-stocking fee for all returned items.

You may return non-custom listing, non-personalized items in their original condition for a partial refund equal to 75% of your purchase price of your item, not including shipping fees, within the first 14 days of ownership. Buyer responsible for return shipping.

The protective acrylic coating we use is specifically engineered for copper and is only used by a small percentage of copper jewelry makers. Most of the copper jewelry you will find for sale are either bare and uncoated, or coated with a cheap "big box store" clear coat. We utilize a specially engineered coating, which is much more difficult to obtain and much more expensive - and additionally go an extra step to use a secondary coating and polishing with jeweler's wax. This is also a highly engineered and developed product which is widely used by fine jewelers and museums all over the world. We feel very strongly that very few, if any, sellers on Etsy put as much thought and effort into attempting to prevent "green skin" as we do.
