These tea ball infusers feature cute little charms made from small crescent moon shaped gemstones! Choose from shimmery, banded brown tiger's eye, pink rose quartz, green aventurine, deep blue lapis lazuli, purple amethyst, marbled gray labradorite, or black agate.

Tea balls are easy to use and clean! Just add your tea, lock the hinge to close, and steep as directed. To clean, please hand wash your tea ball while avoiding exposing the wire-wrapped stone to excessive or prolonged moisture. If you want to throw your tea ball in the dishwasher, please unclip the chain and pendant before doing so.

These tea balls are 1.5 inches in diameter and will hold at least 1 - 2 teaspoons of tea with room for the leaves to expand - perfect for a single (small or large) mug of tea! The tiny moon stones measure about 1 inch and the chain is approximately 3 inches in length.

While most teas don't technically have an expiration date, they will lose flavor and potency over time, so I always say they're best consumed within a year, especially those that contain pieces of fruit. The same goes for our cocoa blends!

For reference, many big-brand bagged teas have a "best by" date that's two years out from the production date. Since our blends are made in small batches with the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on, we believe they're even better and more potent, but I still recommend consuming within one year to maximize the medicinal and health benefits of the herbs within.

Since we're a tiny micro-business, we do everything by hand, and we make all of our products in small batches, sometimes certain blends or sizes will be sold out in our Etsy shop. If it's a particular size you're waiting on, make sure to click the "Let me know when it's back" button on the product page - this will let us know what we need to restock and you'll get a notification when it's available again!

Not finding what you're looking for? We may occasionally remove some blends from our Etsy shop based on demand and to streamline our order fulfillment process, or they may simply appear to be sold out. Conventionally, dry goods are sold according to their net weight. As our different sizes are standardized by volume, the net WEIGHT in ounces varies for each blend, as blends with more roots and spices weigh much more than those made up of more dried leaves and flowers, even though the serving size is the same (approx. 1 tsp per cup brewed). While the net weight is listed on each package, we're still in the process of updating listings with their relative weights.

For comparison however, the ounces by VOLUME (how many Etsy sellers list their products) is as follows: samples (8 servings) are 1.3 oz, smalls (20 servings) are 3.3 oz, mediums (50 servings) are 8 oz, larges (75 servings) are 12 oz, and tins (90 servings) are 16 oz by volume.
