If they are not you will have to pay for a new size and pair. My heels are customised and I will have to remake another pair with a new cost. However some are exchangeable without any cost. If you need an exchange you will send the the heels back at your shipping cost..and also will purchase a shipping for the new pair being sent out.
Custom made takes 4 weeks to complete it takes about 4-6weeks to ship out right now. Please order ahead of time if your ordering as custom made. I will absolutely not cancel after I started on making the shoes- it is not fair for me. Please email email me before purchasing and let me know the need by date.

returns policy: once item is purchased and pass the cancellation policy time I can not return it. if you get the shoes and they do not fit I can exchange them for you only if the heels are among the ones that are exchangeable certain heels I can exchange only once however some that are customized I can’t return or exchange so please make sure you order the right size . Custom made orders (heels you want me to create) are final sales. please send me you measurements in inches to assure that you are getting the correct size.

OverSeas “Europe, Middle East , Ect..” I suggest you purchase express mail because then you can track your shipment once it get to your Country. Once the shipment leaves the us I have no way in finding out where I’m it is or what happen to it. Many overseas countries postal service carry a custom checkpoint where they hold your package till you go and pick it up. Sometimes I have heard customers tell me their package was left in a locker. Please please this important if you don’t want to purchase a higher shipping way check with your postal services. Most likely it is with them.

✨✨my shoes can be custom made to the color of your choice, with an extra charge- many customers email me wondering if certain shoes can be done a different color this will be totally fine you will have to add the dye charge listing to your purchase. Please email me if you have need your shoes to be a different color and we will discuss it.

Can I custom make to a color of my liking whether it is shoe color or lace and design in shoe ?

Yes I get many questions if I can custom design a sho to the liking of my customers whether it is a color or a certain design please email me if you don’t see the color you like and the design you would like.

I need a different heel size can you provide?

Yes most all of my shoes can be customized to the heel length of your choice. If the heel length of your liking is not listen please email me with the heel length of your choice

What happen to my package I live somewhere overseas

Most my overseas customers get their packages on time no delays no problems. However I stumble on a few that I get contacted about - I suggest you to check with your postal service it is most likely held in customs waiting to be picked up. Once shipment on regular mail is out of USA I have no way to track it. However I suggest you picking a higher rate shipping that will include tracking all the way till it get to you.

Is there any delays with Covid 19

Yes major delays - order 3-4 months in advance.
