First created in 2012, we are the original hashtag company for your hashtag props! Let us create your LARGE, CUSTOM hashtag signs (or @signs) to set up at your events, wedding, photobooth, and more so your guests know what to tag you with on social media so everyone can enjoy the fun! The words and colors are customizable and made on a sturdy material to resist handling even when guests are having too much fun. The size is dependent on the scale of the text you choose with a maximum size of 36” x 6”. We will send you proof and send them out to you before they are printed.

And by custom, we mean it! We use Pantone to match absolutely ANY color! For an additional $10 - we can even mount your text in a metallic gold material!

Yes. After you make a purchase - a visual proof of your item will be sent to you. We can not begin production or ship without your approval of the design.

All proofs will be watermarked and we do not provide a digital copy for personal use on any purchases of custom printed products. So PLEASE PROOFREAD ALL ARTWORK CAREFULLY.

Once a proof has been approved, it is very unlikely we will be able to make any further changes. Once it is in production, we cannot make any changes and you will need to place a new order.

As soon as you place a order it will be put into production, then packaged & depending on the shipping method you choose sent right away to you.

Usually on our end it's within 48 hours after we've received approval to print... So we can't really estimate how long your shipping will take but we can get a Fedex estimate if you provide information about your shipping address.

Please try to place & approve your orders at least 1 - 2 weeks prior to when you will need them. If however you are not able to do this, we will try to accommodate & help get your items to you in a timely manner.

Please keep in mind that some additional shipping cost may occur during this process because the cost to ship a package depends on a few factors, such as the actual weight, dimensions, the service selected and the distance the package is being shipped.

We will however inform you of the cost & send you a Invoice for the difference if you have already made a payment - via our shop's PayPal.

Unfortunately after a purchased item has left the shop- we are no longer responsible for it. We try to monitor the shipping progress of each & every item that leaves our busy shop but we are not always able to.
